Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Feedtile when you use the service.
Last updated: 6 June 2026
Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using Feedtile, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Feedtile on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for that business.
What Feedtile does
Feedtile helps you create and publish social media content. You connect your own social accounts and authorize Feedtile to generate, schedule, and publish posts on your behalf. You remain in control: you can review content before it's published and disconnect any account at any time.
Your content and your accounts
- You own your content. You retain all rights to the business information, images, and posts you provide or that Feedtile generates for you.
- You grant us a limited licenseto process and publish that content solely to provide the service you've asked for.
- You are responsible for the accounts you connect and for ensuring you have the right to publish to them.
Acceptable use and platform rules
You agree not to use Feedtile to publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful content, and to comply with the terms and policies of each social platform you connect. Feedtile applies automated compliance checks (including a non-bypassable hard block for certain high-risk content), but you remain responsible for what is published from your accounts.
Subscriptions and billing
Service availability
We work to keep Feedtile reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability. Social platforms may change their APIs or rate limits, which can affect publishing; where this happens we defer rather than silently drop scheduled posts.
Termination
You can stop using Feedtile and delete your workspace at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable platform policies.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feedtile is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for content published from your connected accounts. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING JURISDICTION — founder to set before launch]. Feedtile is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME — founder to set before launch]. Questions? Contact [CONTACT EMAIL — founder to set before launch] or see our contact page.
